How much will it cost?
Sources mentioned that Microsoft did not specifically mentioned the price but the nearest estimate would be a price of an ultrabook.

When will it arrive in the Philippines
Surface (Windows RT version) is due to come out during the general release of Windows 8, which is expected in the fall, around October. The Surface Pro is scheduled for release about three months later, meaning in early 2013.

So we can expect the Windows Surface tablet to arrive in the Philippines somewhat mid next year 2013. So it is still a long wait and who knows what new technology will still arrive at that time.
