The partnership between the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) and #GCash has achieved a significant milestone. Their leading cybersecurity experts were honored for their exceptional contributions at the esteemed PhilSec Awards, held at the Manila Marriot Hotel in Pasay City.
PNP-ACG’s Police Colonel and head of the cybercrime response unit, Jay Guillermo, was awarded the ‘Cyber Innovator of the Year’. In contrast, GCash’s chief information and security officer, Miguel Geronilla, was distinguished as the ‘Enterprise Security Leader of the Year’.
